Aakash Tablet is an Indian Product and is the cheapest Tablet available in the World. It's the choice of youth and is proffered by most of the universities for there students. It has already earned the Fame in the world of Tech. Of course this tablet is in the least of cheapest Tech gadgets available. Now let be give me you specifications.
1)Processor: It has ARM 11 processor with the 366 Mhz Frequency which is actually slow. When compared with other devices akash tablet is far behind . You will need Patience to do task on it as multi tasking may slow it down. Although low resolution videos run well on this tablet .
2)Battery: It has 7 inches display .So Battery hardly be able to manage a playback time of 2 hours. It's a drawback to Aakash Tablet.
3) Connectivity and Network: For connectivity purpose Aakash is made 3g and WI-Fi enable , but there is no use of wifi connectivity as WiFi is not that common in India.
4) Display: It comes with a 7 inches resistive display . Although capacitive screen could have given a much better user experience and multi touch feature. However the resistive screen does the job and is quite good.
5)Memory specifications: Aakash Tablet is given 256 mb RAM which is just enough to run basic tasks on akash tablet. It comes with a secondary memory of 2 GB which can be expanded upto 32 Gb using micro SD card.
6)Operating System: Aakash tablet runs on Android Version 2.2 also known as Froyo. But it devoids user to use Android Market which means you can not download apps from Play Store. But you can install apps by sending them through PC to Aakash Tablet.
